She was sadly surrendered to MCAS after her family lost their home. Chi Chi is a 4-year-old Chihuahua that LOVES people and does well with dogs. She is also insulin dependent but has been doing well with her glucose levels since joining the house. Please don’t let a diabetic dog scare you! She will smother you with love and kisses. Her nickname at the house is Tiny Bear.
