Blanche is a 7 year old mix from a puppy mill that made her way to the Humane Society of Waupaca County and is now being fostered at Bob’s. Despite her rough start, this beautiful pup has a heart full of potential. Her big, bright smiles can be seen from afar. She is curious about humans and is learning to be brave enough to accept pets.
